U9’s season went really well. There was a real team unity and the children’s improvement from start of season to end was remarkable. The team has mixed ability, with some very talented children with a natural flair for the game, along with those kids who enjoy the game, are less skilled but give it 110% and really enjoy themselves.
The U9’s won the Capel Six-A-Side competition, winning every game, which was a tremendous effort against some very strong opposition. Moments of the season were winning the Six-A-Side competition and beating our league winners in the league cup, the league winners were unbeaten all season.
